Camera Kit for AR Shopping

An AR shopping SDK built on Snap's camera stack, giving retailers a way to ship immersive try-on inside their own apps without building the AR layer themselves.

01

An AR shopping SDK and platform

Led development of Camera Kit for AR Shopping, the SDK that lets retailers run Snap's AR try-on technology inside their own apps and websites rather than only inside Snapchat. The work spanned architecting the SDK, building the demo application that showed partners what was possible, and launching with the first wave of retail partners — Puma among them.

  • Architected and built the Camera Kit AR Shopping SDK
  • Built the demo app showcasing AR shopping capabilities
  • Launched with Puma as the initial retail partner
  • Shipped alongside Snap's wider AR shopping push, including the in-app Dress Up destination
